Up for sale: a 1982 Chevrolet Corvette, 1:32 scale, from Action Collectables' "The Zora Arkus-Duntov Authorized Corvette Collection." This is the final year of the C3-generation Corvette, finished in the distinctive champagne/pewter Collector Edition-style paint with black targa surround and black side sweep stripe — a variant many Corvette collectors specifically seek out.
Condition: Mint / like-new, box has never shown wear. The two T-top roof panels are included but packed loose and unattached, still in their original tissue wrap — not installed on the car (see photos). Model itself shows no chips or paint flaws. No certificate of authenticity was included with this piece (this line was not consistently issued with COAs).
About the collection: Produced under license featuring the likeness of Zora Arkus-Duntov, GM's chief engineer widely credited as "the father of the Corvette," with each release modeling a specific model year of the car.
A strong pickup for collectors building a model-year run of this C3 series, especially given the significance of the 1982 Collector Edition year.
Ships double-boxed for protection. Please see photos for full condition detail — feel free to message with any questions before bidding.
