Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Handling time

Orders ship within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Carriers

We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx, and choose the service that best fits the size and value of your item.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: FREE on orders of $70 or more; $8.99 on orders under $70.
Express shipping: $18.00 for a faster carrier service.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; estimates are shown at checkout.

Local pickup

Customers near Saint Johns and Jacksonville, Florida can choose free local pickup at checkout. We'll contact you when your order is ready to arrange a pickup time.

Packing

Every item is carefully packed with bubble wrap, and original boxes are protected so collectibles arrive in the condition they were listed.

Damaged or missing packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive, contact us right away at sales@castlediecast.com so we can make it right.
